1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Totter + Tumble Ltd (company number 11146340), 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, in collaboration with TreeDwellers, Binibamba, Tiba + Marl and Furn.

2. Dates and eligibility

The giveaway opens on 5 November 2026 at 9am GMT and closes on 22 November 2026 at 11:59pm GMT.

Open to UK residents aged 18 or over with a valid residential address within the eligible UK delivery areas. Employees of participating brands and their immediate households are excluded.

3. How to enter

No purchase or newsletter subscription necessary. Entrants can receive up to three entries:

• Instagram (1 entry): Follow @totterandtumble, @binibamba, @tibandmarl, @treedwellers and @hellofurn, like the official giveaway post and tag someone in a comment.
• Meta form (1 entry): Complete the free giveaway form via our Meta advertisement.
• Bonus entry (1 entry): Submit the free bonus-entry form sent through our automated Instagram DM.

Maximum three entries per person across all routes. Additional comments or duplicate submissions will not earn extra entries. All entries must be received before the closing date.

Marketing consent is separate and optional. All valid entries have an equal chance of winning.

4. Prize

One winner will receive:

• TreeDwellers: A two-night midweek stay in Kanna, Liberty or Sambucus in Oxfordshire, for up to two adults and one child under eight. Sunday–Thursday only, excluding school holidays and subject to availability. Must be booked and completed by 31 August 2027. Travel and dining not included.
• Binibamba: A Merino Sheepskin Buggy Liner and Merino Wool Baby Blanket.
• Furn: A Birdie Stripe Ruffle Duvet Cover Set and Cushion.
• Tiba + Marl: A Phoenix Holdall.
• Totter + Tumble: A Standard playmat (210 × 140cm) in a design of the winner's choice, subject to availability.

The prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative. If a component becomes unavailable for reasons beyond our reasonable control, a suitable replacement of equivalent or greater value may be provided, subject to applicable law.

5. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a verifiably random process within two calendar days of closing.

The winner will be contacted by email or Instagram DM and must respond within seven calendar days. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner before selecting a replacement if necessary.

6. Prize fulfilment

Each participating brand will arrange and cover delivery of its own prize to the winner's eligible UK address. Prizes may arrive separately and will ordinarily be awarded within 30 days of closing, subject to timely winner verification.

The TreeDwellers stay will be arranged directly with the winner, subject to the conditions in clause 4.

7. Privacy and marketing

Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, verify entries, contact the winner and arrange prize fulfilment, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Necessary winner details may be shared with participating brands for prize fulfilment.

Marketing consent is separate and optional. Declining or withdrawing consent will not affect an otherwise valid entry.

8. Winner information

To comply with UK promotional rules, the winner's surname and county may be made available to confirm a valid prize award. Entrants may object or request reduced disclosure by emailing [email protected]. Information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.

9. General

Fraudulent or ineligible entries may be disqualified. We may amend or cancel the giveaway only where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond our control and subject to applicable law.

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. The terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory rights elsewhere in the UK.
