It couldn’t be simpler to return your swatches to us. Using the free returns label inside your envelope, pop the swatches straight back to us for a refund. If received within 30 days, you will be refunded for the cost of the swatches, the delivery charge of non-refundable. If you have misplaced your Freepost label, you can write Freepost SWATCH SERVICE on the front of the envelope instead. No further address or stamp needed. Don't forget to include your name or order number inside, so we can ensure you are refunded.
