Win Your Playmat Order Back – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by Totter + Tumble Ltd (company number 11146340), 124 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.
2. Dates and eligibility
The prize draw opens at 7pm GMT on 5 November 2026 and closes at 7pm GMT on 6 November 2026.
Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who place a qualifying order through www.totterandtumble.co.uk during the promotional period.
Trade orders, employees of Totter + Tumble and their immediate households are excluded.
3. How to enter
Customers who place an order containing at least one Totter + Tumble playmat during the promotional period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
No additional action, form or sign-up is required.
Orders containing multiple playmats are eligible. One entry per customer, regardless of the number of qualifying orders or playmats purchased.
Orders must be placed at normal advertised prices, including any applicable discounts.
Cancelled, fraudulent or otherwise ineligible orders will not qualify.
4. Prize
One winner will receive a refund of the amount paid for one playmat in their qualifying order, up to a maximum of £295.
If the winning order contains more than one playmat, the refund will apply to the highest-priced playmat, up to the £295 maximum.
The refund will reflect the price actually paid after any applicable discounts, including VAT.
Delivery charges and any other items purchased are excluded.
The refund will be processed to the original payment method. There is no alternative prize.
5. Winner selection
One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and verifiable process within two calendar days of the promotion closing.
The winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their order.
If eligibility verification is required, the winner must respond within seven calendar days of notification. Reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner before selecting an alternative if necessary.
6. Prize fulfilment
The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of confirming the winner.
The time taken for the refund to appear will depend on the payment provider.
7. Privacy and marketing
Customer information will be used to administer the prize draw, select and contact the winner, and process the refund in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Entry does not require additional marketing consent and will not change existing marketing preferences.
8. Winner information
To confirm that a valid prize has been awarded, the winner's surname and county may be made available upon request.
Entrants may object to their information being disclosed or request reduced disclosure by contacting [email protected].
Information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if required.
9. General
Fraudulent or invalid entries may be disqualified.
The promotion will be administered fairly, and the winner will be selected through a verifiably random process.
Nothing in these terms affects customers' statutory rights, including cancellation and returns.
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory rights applicable elsewhere in the UK.
