The Floor Play Community Giveaway UK – Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Totter + Tumble Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 11146340 as the “Promoter”. Our registered office address is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Our VAT number is GB288598815.
The giveaway opens on 12th October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm GMT on 1 December 2026 (the “Closing Date”).
Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are members of The Floor Play Community Facebook group located within the United Kingdom or an eligible European and American delivery destination.
The prize must be intended for use within a play or education setting.
Only one entry per setting is permitted, regardless of how many individuals represent that setting.
Employees of Totter + Tumble, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected with administering the giveaway are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
4. How to Enter
To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Be a member of The Floor Play Community Facebook group.
- Find the official giveaway post published by Totter + Tumble within the group.
- Leave a comment answering the question: “What’s one floor-play activity the children in your setting return to again and again?”
- Submit their entry before the Closing Date.
Only comments submitted directly beneath the official giveaway post will count as valid entries.
Only one entry per setting will be accepted. Multiple comments or entries submitted by individuals representing the same setting will not increase the chances of winning.
Entries must be genuine, appropriate and relevant to the giveaway question. Entries containing offensive, unlawful or inappropriate content may be disqualified.
Participants must not include children's personal information or identifiable photographs in their entries.
5. The Prize
One winner will receive:
One Totter + Tumble Compact playmat in a design of their choice.
The prize is subject to product and design availability at the time of fulfilment.
The winner may select from Compact playmat designs available and eligible for delivery to their location, excluding any designs that are discontinued, unavailable or subject to territorial restrictions.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make the advertised prize unavailable.
Standard delivery to an eligible destination will be covered by the Promoter. The winner will not be required to make a purchase to receive their prize.
6. Winner Selection
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received before the Closing Date.
The draw will take place by 8 December 2026 using a verifiably random selection process or under independent supervision.
The winning entry must meet all eligibility and entry requirements.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner's age, location and association with an eligible setting before awarding the prize.
7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize
The winner will be contacted by Totter + Tumble through Facebook Messenger or by a reply to their comment on the original giveaway post by 8 December 2026.
The winner must respond within 14 calendar days of the initial notification and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery.
If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be contacted or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winner before selecting an alternative.
The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of the winner confirming their eligibility, preferred available design and delivery details, unless a different delivery timeframe is agreed with the winner.
8. Winner Announcement
The Promoter may announce the winning setting within The Floor Play Community after the winner has been contacted and their eligibility confirmed.
To demonstrate that a valid prize award has taken place, the Promoter may also publish or make available limited winner information, such as the winner's surname and county or an equivalent geographical area, where required by applicable promotional rules.
Winners may object to the publication of their personal information or request that the amount published is reduced by contacting the Promoter. This will not affect their entitlement to the prize.
9. Personal Data
Personal information supplied in connection with this giveaway will be processed by the Promoter solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the winner and arranging prize delivery, unless another lawful basis applies.
Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and Totter + Tumble's Privacy Policy: https://totterandtumble.co.uk/policies/privacy-policy.
Personal information will not be added to marketing mailing lists solely as a result of entering the giveaway.
The winner's delivery details may be shared with relevant delivery providers for the purpose of fulfilling the prize.
Entrants should not include personal information relating to children within their comments.
10. Entry Content
By submitting a comment, entrants confirm that their contribution is their own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Comments may remain visible within The Floor Play Community in accordance with Facebook's settings and the group's moderation policies.
Totter + Tumble may refer to general floor-play ideas shared during the giveaway for the purpose of community discussion. Any use of an entrant's identifiable contribution in external marketing materials will be subject to appropriate permission.
11. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, misleading, automated or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
The Promoter may suspend, amend or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, provided that reasonable efforts are made to minimise any unfairness to participants.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are not received because of technical difficulties, Facebook platform issues or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
The giveaway will be administered in accordance with applicable promotional laws and regulations.
12. Facebook Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Meta.
By participating, entrants acknowledge that they are providing their information to Totter + Tumble and not to Facebook.
Entrants release Facebook from liability arising from or in connection with this promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.
