Each referral reward is to the value of £10

Referral rewards are given as pre-paid Visa cards or gift vouchers via the platform Tremendous. They are valid for 5 years after the referrer purchase date.

These gift cards include stores such as Amazon, Starbucks, Apple + many others.

Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Totter + Tumble may adjust reward amounts at any time.

Rewards are issued 35 days after the purchase to account for potential returns. 

You have one year to click on the link in your reward notification email  and select a payout option. After that, the expiry date depends on the reward selected.

Virtual and Physical Visa cards expire six months after issuance

Merchant gift cards are subject to the merchant's Terms and Conditions and these expiry periods vary. Some are valid indefinitely, while others expire after 3-36 months. For specific details visit the merchant's support line.

If the reward link expires after one year without being redeemed, Tremendous retains the funds as part of our free-to-use business model. The percentage of expired unredeemed rewards is typically quite low for an individual business.
