Orders are collected by our courier partners Monday-Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, Christmas Eve and New Years Eve. Our wonderful team may sometimes process your order on the weekend, for your order ready to be collected by the couriers on Monday.&#xA0; Due to the volume of parcels within the couriers network at this busy time, please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. Once your parcel is out for delivery, you will receive an email/SMS with an estimated delivery window. Please note, the initial &apos;due for&apos; delivery date can change. There are some localised delivery delays with estimated delivery dates extending beyond our usual 5 working days. These delays are currently impacting orders due to be delivered in Scotland, Leeds, Rotherham, Rotherham, Bridgend and Preston.
