We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and understand sometimes the size or design may not be quite right. 

As stated in the Terms & Conditions at purchase, the only conditions applying to returns and refunds are as follows: 

1. All returns must be unused and in their original condition (including all original, inner and outer protective packaging) 

2. You must complete your return within 30 days of the date of your order and you are responsible for arranging the return and all related costs. This can start from £11 upwards. 

3. Any original shipping costs to you are not refunded. Once received, we can then issue an exchange or refund.
